DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR REFUNDS?
No-all sales are final. Due to the sterile, temperature - sensitive nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
If you made a mistake, contact us immediately. We will do our best to help before your order ships. Once it leaves the lab, its FINAL - no changes , no cancellations, no refunds, and no returns. Due to the sterile nature of our research products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

CAN I GET PRODUCT TESTING OR VERIFICATION?
Yes! We support transparency and research integrity. Most products will have a vendor provided COA from the batch the product is from. Contact us to learn more about third-party testing options or community testing resources.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. We currently ship using USPS and UPS for reliable and efficient delivery. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email. Please note that delivery times depend on the carrier.
